Please note that if your order has already been shipped, regrettably, Her Roots will be unable to process a refund. We appreciate your understanding that our current policy does not include a refund provision. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

Shipping returns/ faulty address:

In the event that an incorrect address is provided or if your apartment/unit number is omitted, it's important to note that USPS will be unable to successfully deliver your order. Consequently, the package will be returned to Her Roots. Please be aware that once a package has been dispatched, even in cases of incorrect addresses, reusing the same label for reshipment is not feasible. To arrange for a new shipment of your order, the customer will be required to cover the cost of a new shipping label. Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address is crucial to a seamless delivery experience. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
